When you use iShop4You, we collect information you provide directly: your name, phone number, email address, delivery addresses, and order history. We also collect location data when you search for delivery addresses to calculate delivery fees and ensure we serve your area.

3. Information Sharing
We share your delivery address and phone number with assigned shoppers and riders solely for order fulfilment. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share data with payment processors (Paystack) to process transactions.
4. Data Security
We use industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS) for all data in transit. Passwords are hashed using Argon2id. Payment information is handled by PCI-compliant processors and never stored on our servers.
5. Your Rights

6. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Order history is kept for 2 years for dispute resolution and legal compliance. You may request account deletion at any time.
