1. About iShop4You

iShop4You is a personal market shopping and delivery platform operating in the Greater Accra Region, Ghana. We connect customers with personal shoppers who purchase items from local markets and riders who deliver them to your door.

2. How It Works

You set a budget for each item — this is the maximum amount your shopper will spend at the market. Actual prices may vary based on market conditions. Your shopper will buy the best quality available within your budget. If an item is unavailable, your shopper will notify you and suggest alternatives.

3. Pricing

• Item cost: Based on actual market prices (within your budget)
• Service fee: A percentage of your order subtotal (set by platform)
• Delivery fee: Based on distance from market to your delivery address

4. Payment

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payment via Paystack (Mobile Money or card). Your order total includes item costs, service fee, and delivery fee.

5. Delivery Area

We currently deliver within the Greater Accra Region only. Delivery addresses outside this area will be rejected. We are expanding to other regions soon.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel an order before a shopper begins shopping. Once shopping has started, cancellation may not be possible. Refunds for items not delivered or significantly different from what was ordered will be processed within 3-5 business days.

7. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Do not share your login credentials. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

8. Limitation of Liability

iShop4You acts as a marketplace connecting customers with shoppers and riders. We are not liable for the quality of items purchased at markets, though we strive to ensure shoppers select the best available products within your budget.
